Before you write — a few quick answers
- How do I unlock PageCamp Pro with my license key?
- Open PageCamp, go to Settings → License, and paste the key from your purchase email. It activates instantly and works offline afterward. One Windows purchase covers Windows; one Apple purchase covers both Mac and iPhone & iPad.
- I bought PageCamp but didn't get my key. What now?
- Check your spam folder first — receipts come from our payments provider, Lemon Squeezy. If it's still missing, email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
- Can I move my license to a new computer?
- Yes. Your license allows activation on multiple devices, and you can deactivate an old machine from Settings → License before reinstalling. If you're stuck, we can reset activations for you.
- What happens when I hit the 25-document free limit?
- Nothing is locked or deleted — your existing documents stay fully editable. You'll just be prompted to upgrade to keep creating new ones. PageCamp Pro is a one-time $14.99 on Windows or $19.99 on Apple.
- How do I report a bug or request a feature?
- Use the form above and pick “Bug report” or “Feature idea.” Steps to reproduce, your OS, and a screenshot help a lot. We genuinely build from this feedback.
- Where are my notes stored, and are they private?
- On your own device, as ordinary files. PageCamp has no account and no analytics — we can't see your notes. Optional cloud sync only ever touches the files you keep in PageCamp.
