1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PageCamp application and the website at getpagecamp.com(together, the “Service”), provided by Chris Creates, LLC(“we,” “us”). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
PageCamp is a note application for Windows, Mac, iPhone, and iPad that stores your documents on your own device, with optional features such as cloud sync to your own accounts. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app evolves, and availability may differ by platform.
3. Your license to use PageCamp
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PageCamp for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may try PageCamp for free up to a limit of 25 documents. Purchasing PageCamp Pro removes that limit and unlocks the full app, as described on our pricing page. Licenses are per platform: a Windows license covers Windows, and an Apple license covers macOS, iPhone, and iPad.
4. Purchases, billing & refunds
PageCamp Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. It costs $14.99 on Windows and $19.99 on Apple, where a single purchase covers macOS, iPhone, and iPad together.
On Windows, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts under their own terms. On Mac, iPhone, and iPad, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the relevant provider's policy and applicable law; if you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us at support@getpagecamp.comand we'll help.
5. License keys
A Pro purchase provides a license key that activates PageCamp on your device(s), up to the activation limit shown at purchase. Please keep your key private and don't share or resell it. We may deactivate keys obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.
6. Your content is yours
You own everything you create in PageCamp. We claim no rights over your documents, and we do not access them — they live on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own cloud account. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute PageCamp except as permitted by law;
- circumvent the free-tier limits or license activation, or interfere with the Service's integrity or security.
8. Third-party services
If you connect cloud sync, your use of Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, and Apple iCloud is governed by Microsoft's, Google's, and Apple's respective terms and privacy policies. Payments are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms on Windows and Apple's terms on the App Store, and the support form is delivered by our email provider. We are not responsible for these third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The PageCamp name, logo, application, website, and their design and content are owned by Chris Creates, LLCand protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you, aside from the limited license to use the app described above.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent data loss. Please keep your own backups.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chris Creates, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for PageCamp in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris Creates, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using PageCamp and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Your documents remain yours and stay on your device regardless.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
