# PageCamp

> A cozy, local-first note app for Windows, Mac, and iPhone & iPad. Notes, notebooks, journals, and freeform scrapbooks on a warm, colorful paper desk. Your words stay on your computer unless you choose to sync. Positioning: "The last note app you'll need."

PageCamp is a desktop and mobile note application made by Chris Creates, LLC. It is local-first: your documents are saved as ordinary files on your own device, with no account to create and no analytics or telemetry. Optional sync to your own Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, or Apple iCloud is coming soon; when enabled, PageCamp only ever touches the files you keep in PageCamp.

## Pricing
- Free to try for your first 25 documents (and 15 images per scrapbook). The full app is unlocked on the free tier — the only limit is how many documents you keep.
- PageCamp Pro is a one-time purchase — lifetime, no subscription: $14.99 on Windows; $19.99 on Apple (covers Mac, iPhone & iPad together).
- Pricing is per platform. Windows checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy; Apple purchases go through the App Store. No account is required — Pro is a license key entered once.

## Document types
- Note (.pcnote): a single fast page for a quick thought, a draft, or a list. Example use: capturing a live Astronomy 101 lecture.
- Notebook (.pcbook): many pages behind a colorful spine, organized into color-coded chapters. Example use: planning a side business across research, launch, and finances.
- Journal (.pcjournal): a dated timeline of entries, each tinted with a gentle mood color. Example use: a daily diary or morning pages.
- Scrapbook (.pcscrap): a freeform canvas for photos, stickers, washi tape, connectors, doodles, and sticky notes. Example use: keeping a family vacation's photos and ticket stubs together.

## Editor & features
- Rich-text editor with full Markdown support (in and out) and a live split preview.
- Headings, bold/italic/underline, text color and highlights, ordered/unordered/nested/task lists, resizable tables, images with frames, links, code blocks, and blockquotes.
- Paper themes: clean, cream, legal pad, graph paper, dark journal, and more.
- Focus and typewriter writing modes; reusable snippets; version history with line-by-line diffs; built-in offline spell check; password-protected notes.
- Corkboard dashboard: draggable sticky notes, pinned photos, reminders, recent files, Quick Start, and a writing streak.
- Export any document (whole page or selection) to Markdown, PDF, image (PNG/JPG), plain text, or HTML.

## Privacy
- No telemetry, no analytics, no advertising, no account. Notes never leave your device unless you turn on cloud sync.
- The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form sends email via Resend; only the name, email, and message you submit are processed.
